Awakening & Transition Circle

As part of Dr. Michaelene's belief that connecting promotes healing, it is her honor to offer an opportunity for those who are experiencing challenging emotions and overwhelming feelings of empathy, isolation, and anxiety/depression to gather in circle, discuss and process those challenges, as well as celebrate your triumphs, navigate the transitions, and connect with others having similar experiences. All held in safe, sacred and trauma-informed space, including confidentiality and non-judgment.
All are welcome, everyone has a right to belong. The plan is to gather bi-monthly for one and a half hours for 3 months. The group is limited to 12 people. There must be at least 4 members for it to be a go. Please email Michaelene with your interest and what days and times may work best for you to gather with us. Registration coming soon! |
