I wanted to offer a way to connect to ourselves and our ancestors that would be healing, creative, transforming, and accessible. After a few years, I am again offering Windows of Connection Mandala Classes. Currently, they are ONLINE ONLY.

Learn to create Windows of Connection (mandalas) for your own expression of feelings, stress reduction, explore your identity and connect with your Higher Self, as well as connect with your Ancestors and their Gifts for you. These offerings are a sacred and transformative process as well as a connective one through art and meditation that can be used in meditation and honoring yourself and others.

You can come to find peace, understanding, love, and transformation through your creations. It is my honor to offer this modality as a way to begin to connect, explore, and transform by learning something new and connecting with others. Art supplies and paper provided on location. Space is limited to 9 people when on location.  ​
"I recently took part in a Mandala making workshop: Windows of Connection, given by Michaelene. It was an online group, and I wasn’t sure how it would work - making art at home while connecting with others on my laptop. It was all new to me - I didn’t know very much about Mandalas either, but I can tell you - it was wonderful! You can be in your own space, with your own art materials, but connected with like-minded souls who may be miles away from you. The experience was fun and creative but also led me quite quickly into a tender, and somewhat surprising, inner space. 

To begin with, Michaelene led us on a guided meditation which was really lovely. She has a wonderful voice and presence which created a beautiful, safe space for the imagery to unfold. Making the mandalas felt like an extension of the meditation because the memories, ideas and connections continued to unfold as I was creating the mandala.

I will continue to explore the imagery which surfaced during Michaelene’s class, and I expect to be making more mandalas in the months and years to come. I highly recommend this workshop. "      - Tessa

What To Bring for Online Class
  • Candle and lighter
  • Pencil, eraser, paper or canvas
  • Crayons, colored pencils, markers, paints, etc.
  • Templates for circles, triangles, ovals, etc. - can be every day items

  • Discuss how to connect and reconnect through meditation and creativity. 
  • Connect with your creative Self and escape from the outside world for a moment.
  • Honor your Self with sacredness and divine intention through drawing.
