In our journey through life, we are intricately connected to everyone and everything. Yet, at times, our experiences may leave us feeling disconnected. Healing through Connecting Constellations (HCC) is designed to assist you in re-establishing those connections. Held in a profoundly sacred, compassionate, and gentle energetic space, each HCC experience offers a deeper and more profound healing journey. Importantly, family members do not necessarily need to be physically present.

Importance of Sharing this Work

In a journey marked by severe chronic pain and enduring six years of suicidal ideation, my client carried the weight of physical, sexual, and emotional abuse, inflicted by members of her own family. For two years, I delved into her story, witnessing her concentration on present issues while feeling at a loss on how to bring about change.

One day, in a session filled with empathy, I introduced the concept of constellation work, believing it could offer a unique path to healing. To my relief, she agreed to give it a try. In her first constellation, she courageously addressed challenges within her family, including her husband and two sons. Confronting each family member, she expressed her feelings and, with newfound strength, declared, "I leave your responsibilities to you. I cannot take them on anymore."

With each uttered statement, a palpable sense of relief filled the room. Towards the end, she selected a second figurine for herself, allowing her to communicate with her survivor self—the force that had kept her alive through unimaginable trials. With gratitude, she whispered, "Thank you for helping me survive for so long." Then, a poignant pause, followed by a powerful declaration: "But I want to learn to live, not just to survive. I want to get to know who I am."

This narrative embodies the transformative power of Healing through Connecting™ Constellations for individuals. Beyond personal healing, a ripple effect permeates the family system, a phenomenon witnessed in numerous other stories. It's a modality that has the capacity to change lives and deserves to be shared with the world.

My fervent hope is for people to realize they are not alone in navigating challenges within their families, themselves, or any relationship or system. There is a promise that things can get better, and I want individuals to know that compassionate and non-judgmental support awaits them in a sacred and safe space.

What to Expect 

​In our workshops, the journey begins with the issues you bring to the table. We start by delving into the facts, discussing the core of the matter. Together, we determine the individuals or broader concepts that will be represented in the constellation, addressing a wide range of topics such as:
  • Exploring your Family of Origin
  • Connecting with your Father's Lineage
  • Connecting with your Mother's Lineage
  • Creating Peace with your Siblings
  • Connecting with your Inner Child
  • Addressing Physical, Mental Illness, & Dis-Ease for Healing

  • Exploring Religion & Spirituality
  • Strengthening or Letting Go of Significant Relationships
  • Reconnecting with your Soul and its purpose

The constellation unfolds as representatives are carefully placed -- there's no wrong way to do it. Emotions and feelings naturally surface, marking the commencement of the healing process. Throughout the session, resolution and healing sentences are spoken, and representatives are gently moved to explore new patterns, fostering relief and healing. It's an exploration into the depths of your concerns, with the aim of facilitating profound transformation and well-being.
