Sacred Immersion Community Weekend Ceremony Sample

We are thrilled to embark on the creation of a 20+ hour Sacred Immersion Circle tailored for you and your group. Sacred Immersion Circles represent a transformative healing modality that guides us into the depths of the unconscious, traversing the four levels of consciousness: mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual. This immersive experience holds the potential for profound healing and life-changing transformations, especially within the supportive framework of your chosen community. Get ready for a journey that transcends boundaries and fosters deep connections within your group.
The comprehensive 20+ hour Sacred Immersion Circle includes the following elements:
  1. Questionnaire: Participants will receive a link to an extensive questionnaire, to be completed within one week of the non-refundable deposit being paid. Facilitators will privately review the responses, ensuring confidentiality.
  2. Initial 2-Hour Group Zoom Call: Kick off the journey with a group Zoom call lasting 2 hours. This session will address any questions, go over preparation procedures, and collectively set intentions for the experience.
  3. Experienced Facilitators: Benefit from the guidance of two skilled facilitators with a combined 20 years of experience in facilitating and extensive knowledge of plant-spirit medicine.
  4. Meditation and Ceremony: Immerse yourself in transformative meditation and ceremonial practices designed to enhance the healing journey.
  5. Friday - Sunday Gathering: Enjoy a beautiful Friday to Sunday gathering filled with intention-setting, meditation, ceremony, and integration.

Constellations Add-On: For an additional $50 per person, participants have the option to include constellations in the package. This would add 3 hours to Friday's schedule. If interested, please let us know, and we'll tailor the experience accordingly.

Investment

Investment: $1500/person
  • The Sacred Immersion Circle offers a transformative experience at the rate of $1500 per person. The host group is responsible for providing the venue and covering any additional expenses, such as travel and accommodations.​ (For private one-on-one sessions, our rate is $2200 per person for a full-day experiential total of 10+ hours. This includes the Sacred Immersion Session, preparation, and follow-up sessions. Opting for the Sacred Immersion Circle represents a savings of $700 per person, with double the hours spent together.)

Deposit: $500/person
  • To secure your ceremony dates, a non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is required.

Remaining Balance: $1000/person
  • The remaining balance of $1000 per person is due three weeks prior to the start of the ceremony. A reminder invoice will be sent to your designated contact person.
