Bailey Garwood, MA, Route 317

We are proud and honored to have Bailey join us on our journey of holding safe and sacred space for others to grow and heal. She is a wise, compassionate, beautiful human being who is dedicated to supporting others in getting to know their own Souls, passions, and gifts. Her love, creativity, and dedication to building community and making this world a better place is unmatched. I highly recommend her without reservation.

Bailey envisioned a career incorporating service, education, and creative elements. Her participation in study abroad ignited a curiosity for community and the unspoken connectedness humans share. Bailey is formally trained as an educator. She earned her B.S. in Agriscience and M.A. in Teaching and Curriculum from Michigan State University. (Go Green!) Bailey has worked in Career and Technical Education since 2010.

Ever the life-long learner, she’s always been adamant about being a model of self-exploration and professional growth. This desire to push herself has taken her on many adventures, allowed her to cross paths with industry leaders, and put her at the table with inspiring change-makers. 

As her professional network grew, the work that continued to pull at her heart felt constricted by the walls of a classroom and much more intended for those who sought perspective shifts and living a life of exploration. Route 317 was born out of Bailey’s introspective pondering, healing journey, and by embracing the gifts she hadn’t considered to be her most impactful attributes.

Bailey is also a Certified Facilitator of Mindfulness-Based EcoTherapy. She is passionate about the ways nature, art, and recreation impacts our psychological well-being. Her love for plants, creative projects, connection, and community engagement brings many artistic and healing options to our workshop and holding of safe and sacred spaces.

Martina Molloy, RN, LMT

​Martina is a great friend and colleague, gifted healer, and compassionate human being. Although she is not in Michigan, she does distance energy healing sessions, family constellations, and other modalities via Zoom and phone and I highly recommend her without hesitation. 

Martina began her journey in healing and service as a Registered Nurse in Ireland. She has worked for over twenty years in hospital and private settings. Her interest in complementary healing led her to become a Licensed Massage Therapist graduating from The Swedish Institute in 1996. She has studied a variety of therapeutic energy modalities, Craniosacral Therapy, Somatoemotional Release, Jin Shin Jyutsu, and Shamanic studies. In 2008 she graduated from the Barbara Brennan School of Healing with a Bachelor's Degree in Brennan Healing Science. Martina is a Family Constellation practitioner having completed three years of training in The Constellation Approach™. She uses Family Constellation work in her private practice with clients and also facilitates groups as well as Distance Energy Healing. Martina is also a trained end of life doula supporting people in their dying process and supporting families in this final chapter of a loved ones journey. 

Martina focuses on each client as a unique being of body, mind and spirit and incorporates all of her experience to create a safe, confidential environment for personal healing and transformation. She is committed to her own personal growth and healing and brings this commitment and passion to her clients.
