Many of us are challenged by meditating alone or would like to meditate in community; doing so creates connection, which can be even more enlightening and uplifting when added to your practice. This community welcomes all levels ages 18 and older.
One thing we do offer that many others do not is taking time for integration through discussion and sharing. In this meditation community, we will gather once per month to do different meditations and integrate that day's meditation as well as anything you've discovered through your own meditations at home or elsewhere.
Integration is the process of joining what you have learned or were shown in meditation with your daily life. It is the process of embodiment. This is something that is often missed or neglected and is essential for transformation. Our integration processes include a beautiful truly sharing, intimate, safe, and supportive space created by all. It won't be the same without you!
